Bala Kumar has created multiple hospitality and restaurant brands across North America with over 30+ years of industry experience. He has built his businesses based on creating unique experiences with attention to detail and a passion for delivering the best quality of care and services possible.Bala intends to bring on the same level of experience and expertise to ensure that all residents at Caring for You receive exceptional treatment in their new home environment. Bala’s fundamental rule is that CFY should be a facility where he feels comfortable bringing his own parents if need be. Anything below this standard is unacceptable for the loved ones of others.

DAWN RAYMOND
Born and raised in New York, Dawn Raymond attended Farmingdale State College SUNY and ran a series of successful businesses including daycare facilities with multiple locations before her passion for care services expanded to the assisted living sector. A Florida resident for the past 13 years, Dawn is a proud mother of two sons and a fourteen-year-old Labrador named Toby.
